How to book The Secret Bridesmaid

We have tried to keep things as simple as possible, while also understanding that no two weddings are the same.

We are super upfront about all of our prices; they are all on our website so you know exactly how much you are going to pay after booking us.

So, what’s the process…

  1. Contact us to check your date availability, if you can let us know the venue too that’s great.
  2. We will arrange an initial call or video call with you to discuss your wedding, and the services you are interested in.
  3. If you are happy with everything, we then ask for a £100 booking fee***, which secures your wedding date.
  4. We will then set up a WhatsApp group so you can message us with ideas and plans for your wedding at any time, after all, we are here to help.
  5. 6 months before your wedding we ask for 50% payment of your final hire bill.
  6. 6 weeks before your wedding we ask for the remaining 50% payment of your final hire bill.

To save any misunderstanding, the £100 fee is a non-refundable, one-off payment, it is not a deposit and will not be deducted from your final bill, unless you have booked a special offer.

It is to book out your date, cover all Skype/Zoom meetings, set up a WhatsApp group, design advice, and up to one on-site meeting*, as required. Also, in booking out your date we may have to turn down another event, so the fee means that should a client decide to go elsewhere for supplies for their wedding, we have covered some of the time invested. Our clients have told us they prefer this as there are no hidden costs, rather than billing for design/consultation time at £50 an hour, or adding a bill for wedmin at the end, which can be costly. (*If we have not been to the venue before) In paying the £100 fee, you are agreeing to these terms.
